Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods & Transaction Currency

All purchases made through orlithy.com are processed in Euros (EUR). We currently support the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment methods available to you at checkout may vary depending on your country, device, browser, card issuer, bank, or payment service provider.

If your card, bank account, or digital wallet uses a currency other than EUR, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency using its own exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or payment provider are outside the control of ORLITHY, LLC.

2. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments made through orlithy.com are securely processed by authorized third-party payment service providers, primarily Stripe and PayPal. Depending on the payment method selected, your transaction may be processed directly by Stripe, PayPal, your card issuer, digital wallet provider, bank, or another payment network involved in completing the transaction.

We do not directly process or control the banking systems operated by these third-party providers. Payment authorization, identity verification, transaction approval, currency conversion, and other payment-related procedures may therefore be subject to the terms, security requirements, and processing rules of the applicable payment provider.

3. Payment Information & Data Security

ORLITHY, LLC does not store customers' complete credit card numbers, debit card numbers, card security codes (CVV/CVC), digital wallet credentials, banking credentials, or other complete payment authentication information on our own systems. Sensitive payment information is transmitted directly to the applicable third-party payment processor through its secure payment environment.

We use security measures designed to protect payment-related data during transmission, including HTTPS connections, SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment gateways, tokenization, access controls, and payment-provider security technologies. Our payment processors may also apply PCI DSS security standards, 3D Secure authentication, fraud screening, transaction monitoring, and automated risk assessment where applicable. These measures are intended to reduce unauthorized access, payment fraud, and misuse of payment information.

4. Payment Authorization & Order Confirmation

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that payment has been successfully completed or that the order has been accepted. All transactions may be subject to authorization and verification by Stripe, PayPal, the issuing bank, card network, digital wallet provider, or other applicable financial institution.

An order may be delayed, placed on hold, or cancelled if payment authorization cannot be completed, if additional verification is required, or if the transaction is identified as potentially unauthorized or high risk. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment and billing information submitted at checkout is accurate and current.

5. Failed Payments, Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

A payment may fail or be declined for reasons including insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, expired cards, card issuer restrictions, failed authentication, security checks, transaction limits, payment provider interruptions, or suspected fraudulent activity. If a transaction fails, customers may try another available payment method or contact their bank or payment provider for further information.

If you believe that a payment has been processed incorrectly or that there is a problem with a transaction, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can review the matter. Customers should provide relevant order and transaction information when requesting assistance. If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened through a bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider, the dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable provider's procedures and any relevant legal requirements.

6. Refunds to the Original Payment Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not normally issue refunds to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or payment method. Once a refund has been approved, we generally submit it for processing within approximately 7 business days.

After a refund has been submitted, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on Stripe, PayPal, your bank, card issuer, payment network, or digital wallet provider. Processing times controlled by third-party financial institutions are outside the control of ORLITHY, LLC. Refund eligibility remains subject to our applicable Refund and Returns Policy.
